Better testing of the new diff_tensor_grid_inc arg to the dauvergne_protocol auto-analysis.

The dauvergne_protocol system test is now much less precise and is limited.

This cuts calculation time from over an hour to a few minutes.

The opt precision can be changed via class vars and the diff tensor grid with args.

The dauvergne_protocol class variables for the function tolerance and maximum number of iterations
allows the test suite to change these without the user having easy access, preventing any silliness.
The diffusion tensor grid search increments can be changed easily by the user though through a new
keyword argument.

The dauvergne_protocol system test script can now run stand-alone.

Re-activated and redesigned the system test of the dauvergne_protocol.

Fix for the dauvergne_protocol sample script - the mc_num arg is now called mc_sim_num.

The PDB file and unit vector loading are now performed in the model-free auto-analysis GUI test.

The main gauge in the relax controller is now pulsed with a wx.CallAfter() call to avoid race conditions.
