relax SVN archive

Fix for the spectra list GUI element on Mac OS X.

The wx.ListCtrl on a Mac has no size set, so instead the size is calculated by the row heights, plus
a little bit more.

The save state dialog now only shows bz2 files to save as.

The relax state is now saved on a RelaxError when the pedantic rather than debugging flag is turned on.

As both flags can be given, this allows for this state saving to be activated or deactivated.
