The relax_io.read_spin_data() function no longer skips short lines so that a warning is given for it.

The relax state is now saved on a RelaxError when the pedantic rather than debugging flag is turned on.

As both flags can be given, this allows for this state saving to be activated or deactivated.

Shifted the pedantic flag into the status object.

Reverted r14006 as this should happen only in the main line.

The command used was:
svn merge -r14006:14005 .

The traceback on warnings in debugging mode has been suppressed as it is hindering debugging.

A few more layout improvements to the wizards.

Decreased the heights of the auto-analysis peak intensity loading wizards.
