relax SVN archive

Implemented the model-free version of the data_type() API method.

Modified the specific functions API method data_type() so that Python type objects should be returned.

Added the data_type() method to the specific functions API.

This will be used to determine the type that a given parameter from data_names() should be.

Bug fix for the value.set user function page - the parameter rather than description is now used.

The description rather than parameter was being sent to the back-end!

Changed the missing spin parameter messages to indicated that the value.set user function is needed.

Converted the missing data dialog into its own wx.Dialog derived class.

The dialog is now completely constructed by relax and will be constant across different operating
systems.

Changing the code in the generic_fns/structure/main.py

For printing out of modified spins, a test to check whether the spin_name exists or not is added.

Fix to the dauvergne_protocol GUI analysis tab data checks, matching that of r13898.

Fix for the spin data check in the dauvergne_protocol auto-analysis - deselected spins are skipped.

Added data checks for the dauvergne_protocol GUI auto-analysis tab.

This allows for a dialog telling the user what is missing.
