(for example RNA, DNA, and small molecules).

Redesigned how the auto-analyses are handled by the status singleton.

The init_auto_analysis() has been created, and each analysis has its own status container within the
status.auto_analysis dictionary.

Modified the dauvergne_protocol.py sample script to use the new design of accepting a filled data pipe.

The automatic protocol will soon accept a data pipe filled with sequence data, relaxation data, and
values set.

Removed the 'exclude' file name from the model-free data assembly.

Fix for the model-free auto-analysis GUI test due to the recent GUI changes.

Fix for the relaxation data list GUI element - the columns are no longer deleted.

The model-free model list GUI elements are now properly updated when loading a saved state.

The text field now has the previously selected models and the selector window now has only these
models ticked.

The switching from red to blue flags, and back again in the model-free model list elements now works.
