Better layout of the spectra list GUI element.

The minimum height is now being set and there is no longer spacing below the list.

Converted the spectra list GUI element from a wx.Grid element to a wx.ListCtrl element.

This is visually more appealing, and is easier to control.

The question() dialog now only appears when the status.show_gui flag is set.

Started to construct the model-free auto-analysis GUI test.

The data checks are still rubbish (it is the NOE code), and the bond length and CSA values are still
not set.

Renamed the local tm and model-free model GUI elements to end in '_field'.

This is to avoid confusion with the model list variables.

The SetValue call for the model-free model list GUI element now updates the element with the new vals.

A strong warning is now given to the user if they try to modify the model-free model list.

Updates to the question() function for showing a question dialog.

The dialog can now have a title.

Implemented the model-free model selector window.
