Started the redesign of the model-free model selection GUI element.

Created the gui.misc.list_to_gui() function for converting Python lists to GUI strings.

Removed the README file as it is very much out of date.

Updated the __all__ list for the gui package.

Shifted all of the font definition into the new fonts module.

Shifted the model-free model selection GUI element into the new Model_list class.

This is in preparation for a redesign.

Expanded the docs for the relax_data.read user function to include the Varian and Bruker frq params.

The proton frequency element has been renamed in the relax_data.read GUI user function.

Added initial support for determining protein connectivities in the internal structural reader.

This is currently only for intra-residue connectivities in the protein backbone. A number of new

Added the argument 'bc' to the relax_data.write() user function front end.

This currently doesn't do anything.

The 'bc' arg is now part of the value.write() user function, and all of the return_value functions.

The arg is also propagated to the back-end of the relax_data.write() user function.
