Created the Combo_list GUI element for presenting a dynamic list of combo boxes.

This is designed as a class rather than a wizard method to make it more extensible.

Created the pipe.hybridise user function page and menu entry.

Added a wizard version of the pipe.hybridise graphic.

Added the pipe_hybrid icons to the paths module.

Created icons for the data pipe hybridisation.

Fix for the GUI analyses object - the reset() method no longer unregisters from the observers.

Renamed the uf_gui observer object to gui_uf.

The data pipe editor is now registered with the gui_analysis observer.

The observer status.observers.gui_analysis is now notified of all changes to the analysis tabs.

Created an observer object for changes to the GUI analysis tabs.
