Deleted the entire gui.analyses.relax_control module as it is completely unused.

Eliminated the global parameters data store object and GUI window.

This concept severely limits the GUI's flexibility and usefulness and is to be replaced by either
analysis specific GUI elements within the analysis pages, or by direct access to the corresponding
user function. For example specifying 'newton' optimisation is useless for the R1 and R2 as only
simplex can be used, or the NOE as no optimisation is performed.

Docstring and comment improvements.

Converted the model-free auto-analysis tab to the new GUI design.

This now resembles the NOE and Rx GUI auto-analysis tabs in that the data pipe is created with a new
analysis and the data pipe will be passed into the auto-analysis. The spin info is now set up using
the spin viewer window. There is still a lot of work left to complete this auto-analysis.

Shifted the launch_spin_editor() method into the base class where add_spin_systems() is located.

The launch_spin_editor() code was just being duplicated.

Fix for the results viewer - the files are now being shown.

The results_list structure was in page.data, not in page!

Added all of the Grace files to the results list variable (for the results viewer).

The skip button has been removed from the noe.spectra_type page of the NOE spectra wizard.
