Converted the model-free auto-analysis tab to the new GUI design.

This now resembles the NOE and Rx GUI auto-analysis tabs in that the data pipe is created with a new
analysis and the data pipe will be passed into the auto-analysis. The spin info is now set up using
the spin viewer window. There is still a lot of work left to complete this auto-analysis.

Shifted the launch_spin_editor() method into the base class where add_spin_systems() is located.

The launch_spin_editor() code was just being duplicated.

Fix for the results viewer - the files are now being shown.

The results_list structure was in page.data, not in page!

Added all of the Grace files to the results list variable (for the results viewer).

The skip button has been removed from the noe.spectra_type page of the NOE spectra wizard.

This user function must be executed!

Fixed the file checks in the R1 auto-analysis GUI test.

Fixes for the R1 auto-analysis GUI and system tests for having spin deselection prior to error analysis.

Modified the relaxation curve-fitting system test script to deselect spins at the start rather than end.

This means that unresolved spins are not being used for error analysis.

Fix for the spin deselection in the R1 auto-analysis GUI test.

The deselection for this test should have been using the unresolved file rather than a list of
residues.
