Modified the Rx auto-analysis to now accept a fully loaded data pipe.

The calculations are now performed on a pre-created data pipe containing the sequence info,
selection state, peak intensities, and replicated spectra or baseplane RMSDs.

Fix for the NOE analysis GUI tab - the NOE auto-analysis arg output_file is now called file_root.

Brought the NOE auto-analysis into line with the Rx analyses.

The code and args are now much more similar between the two.

The filename variable has been converted to file_root, and has '.out' removed.

The file root is required by the auto Rx analysis.

Completely redesigned the Rx auto-analysis GUI tab to match the design of the NOE analysis.

Fixes for the R1 auto analysis GUI test.

Implemented all the relax_fit user function GUI pages and menu entries.

Converted the relax_fit user function documentation to the new design.

Shifted the Error_type_page class from the auto NOE GUI analysis to the base class.

It was also renamed from Error_type_page to Spectral_error_type_page.
