Implemented all the relax_fit user function GUI pages and menu entries.

Converted the relax_fit user function documentation to the new design.

Shifted the Error_type_page class from the auto NOE GUI analysis to the base class.

It was also renamed from Error_type_page to Spectral_error_type_page.

Comment fix.

The auto R1 analysis GUI test should now be complete.

The analysis base class method add_spin_element() now converts the default int value to a GUI string.

The add_spin_element() analysis base class method now handles tooltips.

Completely changed the auto R1 analysis GUI test to match that of the NOE analysis.

Clean up of the auto NOE GUI analysis - a lot of useless code has been deleted.

Fix for the new analysis run() method - the get_data() method is a class variable!
