relax SVN archive

Better support in DummyFileObject for the presence or absence of a trailing \n character.

Bug fix for the DummyFileObject class - the last line was not returned by readlines() even if it had data.

The NOE_calc auto-analysis now only has a few args passed into it.

The auto-analyses will be redesigned to take a fully loaded data pipe as input.

Removed most of the code from assemble_data() - the auto NOE analysis is now completely different.

Fix for the auto NOE analysis GUI test - the reference and saturated spectra were being mixed up.

Fixes for the noe.spectrum_type user function in the auto NOE analysis GUI test.

The spins are now named to 'N' in the auto NOE analysis GUI test.

The NOE peak intensity wizard is now executed in the NOE analysis GUI test.

Fix for the reset() function while in GUI mode - the status.show_gui flag is preserved.

Deleted the completely unused Relax_is_running GUI element.

The message boxes in the message module are now only shown if status.show_gui is set.

If not, the error or message is written to sys.stderr.
