The message boxes in the message module are now only shown if status.show_gui is set.

If not, the error or message is written to sys.stderr.

All wx Show and ShowModal calls are suppressed if status.show_gui is not set.

This will allow for better GUI testing in the test suite.

Added the show_gui flag to the status object.

This will be used to suppress calls to Show() and ShowModal() so that GUI testing can be more
complete.

Bug fix for the spectrum.read_intensities int_method argument for volumes.

Volume integration should be called 'point sum', but the back end code was checking against the
string 'volume'.

The spectrum ID string is now set in all pages to that of the firs thn the NOE peak intensity wizard.
