More fixes for the spectrum GUI user function pages - the values are now correctly converted.

Many numbers and integers were converted to strings, whereas they should be floats or ints.

Fixes for the spectrum GUI user function pages - the wx Append() method should have been used.

Implemented all the rest of the spin user function GUI pages and menu entries.

These include:
spin.create_pseudo
spin.display
spin.element
spin.name
spin.number

Bug fix for pseudo-atom support when only a single structure is loaded.

Pseudo-atom support was only working correctly for when multiple models were loaded and atomic
positions were not averaged.

positions were not averaged.

The spin viewer now sets the busy cursor when updating the tree view.

This gives better feedback when many spins are loaded.

The reset method now reinitialises the relax status object.

Added a reset() method to the Observer class to remove all callback functions.
