Bug fix for pseudo-atom support when only a single structure is loaded.

Pseudo-atom support was only working correctly for when multiple models were loaded and atomic
positions were not averaged.

The spin viewer now sets the busy cursor when updating the tree view.

This gives better feedback when many spins are loaded.

The reset method now reinitialises the relax status object.

Added a reset() method to the Observer class to remove all callback functions.

Bug fix for the atomic position check in the spin.create_pseudo user function.

The spin_id_element GUI element choices are now a method argument.

Created the gui_to_list() function for converting the GUI string to a list.

The busy cursor now appears between clicking on 'Add' and the NOE peak intensity wizard appearing.

Simplified the setting of a busy cursor when loading a save state via wx.BeginBusyCursor().
