Created the generic_fns.mol_res_spin.are_spins_named() for determining if any spins are named.

Updates to the spectrum.read_intensity user function documentation.

Deleted the __check_args() function from generic_fns.spectrum.

This is not needed and fails when using the GUI.

Bug fix for the spectrum.read_intensities GUI user function page - the spectrum ID can now be set.

The spectrum.read_intensities page cannot be skipped in the NOE peak intensity loading wizard.

Better error handling in the wizard.

The page objects now have a variable exec_status which is only set to True if the protected
execution returns true. The wizard add_page() method now also has an argument called
proceed_on_error which allows the wizard pages to be configured to either remain showing when an
error occurs or to proceed to the next page.

A number of bug fixes for the spectrum.read_intensities() user function.

Fix for the new relax save state with current pipe info - the cdp ojbect is now set after loading.

Redesign of the Spectra_list GUI element.

This now initialises to a single row and column, and updates dynamically as spectra are added. The
additional columns displaying the information associated with the spectrum ID are still to be added.
