A non-linear sequence of pages is now tracked for both correct 'next' and 'previous' behaviour.

The page indices for the NOE peak intensity reading wizard are now stored in a dict object.

The add_page() wizard method now returns the index of the page in the wizard.

Executing the _apply() page method on completion of the wizard only occurs if the execute flag is false.

The execution increment counting is now happening in the wizard and not in the wizard pages.

The number of times a page has been executed is now stored in the wizard _exec_count list.

The default wizard behaviour is now to run on_execute() when next is clicked.

Small fixes for the NOE peak intensity loading wizard.

This wizard still needs a lot of work, but is now partly functional.

Missing import of the status object.

The data pipe now switches on page changes in the notebook.

This allows the cdp to match the analysis.
