The number of times a page has been executed is now stored in the wizard _exec_count list.

The default wizard behaviour is now to run on_execute() when next is clicked.

Small fixes for the NOE peak intensity loading wizard.

This wizard still needs a lot of work, but is now partly functional.

Missing import of the status object.

The data pipe now switches on page changes in the notebook.

This allows the cdp to match the analysis.

The pipe name changes in the spin viewer now use gui_to_str to convert to a string.

Renamed all of the observer object methods by removing '_observer'.

The GUI user function observer object is now located in status.observers.uf_gui.

Shifted the observer class into the status module.

It will soon only be used in this module to group all observers under status.observers.

The spin viewer window now updates when pipes switch (using status.observers.pipe_switch).
