relax SVN archive

Fixed a circular import issue.

The pipe switching observing object is now located in the relax status singleton.

The location is currently status.observers.pipe_switch.

Reverted r13586 as it turned all observers into the same singleton!!!

The command used was:
svn merge -r13586:13585 .

The Observer object no longer uses __init__() to setup structures as the singleton design kills it.

The relax interpreter is now loaded once and stored at self.gui.interpreter for use by most GUI code.

Started to create the NOE peak intensity loading wizard.

The add button is now activated, and is bound to fn_add().

The other original buttons have been deleted as they have no use anymore.

Fix for the 22x22 list-add-relax-blue path.

Added the 22x22 and 32x32 versions of list-add-relax-blue to the paths module.

Massive clean out of the Peak_intensity code.

Almost everything has been deleted for conversion into a non-editable, dynamically updated grid.
