Many bug fixes for the functions of the generic_fns.mol_res_spin module.

These fixes are for when a data pipe other than the current data pipe is used.

Better handling for the failure of auto analysis page setup.

This should now be more logical and appear to do nothing if failure occurs.

The data pipes in the auto NOE, R1 and R2 analysis pages are now only created if they don't exist.

Missing import of protected_exec().

The data pipe creation in the auto NOE, R1 and R2 analysis pages is now protected.

This creation is at the start, prior to data initialisation, so that if errors occur, no analysis
page data is created.

The error_message() import was in the wrong module.

The wizard now uses the protected_exec() function for applying the on_execute() method.

Created the protected_exec() function for catching RelaxErrors.

This function applies a given function, displays a dialog if a RelaxError occurs, and returns the
status of execution.

The current data pipe is now displayed in the auto NOE, R1, and R2 analysis pages.

Non-editable text fields in the auto analysis pages are now set to the background colour of the page.
