The wizard now uses the protected_exec() function for applying the on_execute() method.

Created the protected_exec() function for catching RelaxErrors.

This function applies a given function, displays a dialog if a RelaxError occurs, and returns the
status of execution.

The auto NOE spin loader GUI element now registers with the unique data pipe name.

Updated the automatic Rx analysis page to match that of the NOE.

This includes creating the data pipe when the analysis is created, replacing the sequence file,
structure file, and unresolved elements with the spin loader GUI element, and registering the spin
loader for update upon user function completion.
