Converted the eliminate() user function documentation to the new design.

The GUI error message box now has a title.

Modified the RelaxImplementError message to be more specific.

The value.set user function page now lists the parameters for the current data pipe.

It throws errors if not implemented yet.

Created a new module and function gui_raise() for handling errors in the GUI.

This function shows the relax error message in a dialog box, and throws the error to stop execution.

The analysis type is now converted to a string in the new analysis wizard.

The new analysis wizard is now run as a modal dialog.

The wizard can now be run as either a modal or modeless dialog.

Reverted r13466 as a different approach will be used.

The command used was:
svn merge -r13466:13465 .
