relax SVN archive

Created a new module and function gui_raise() for handling errors in the GUI.

This function shows the relax error message in a dialog box, and throws the error to stop execution.

The analysis type is now converted to a string in the new analysis wizard.

The new analysis wizard is now run as a modal dialog.

The wizard can now be run as either a modal or modeless dialog.

Reverted r13466 as a different approach will be used.

The command used was:
svn merge -r13466:13465 .
