Another fix for the sequence.write() user function - the force flag is passed to open_write_file().

This is from the relax_io.write_spin_data() function.

Bug fix for the sequence.read() user function - the force flag is now being passed on.

The wizard page boolean_selector() and text() element building methods now have standard formatting.

They accept the divider, padding, and spacer args, and have the same layout now as all other
elements.

Created the sequence.copy and sequence.write user function pages and menu entries.

Updated the sequence.read user function page to use the user function documentation.

Converted all the sequence user functions to use the new documentation design.

The residue user function pages now use the new documentation system.

Fix for the spin viewer window when the currently selected tree element is deleted.

The display() method now checks if the info structure is set to None.
