The wizard page file_selection() method now accepts the tooltip arg.

Fixes and improvements to the molecule user function pages.

renamed to Create_page to regularise the UI.

The user function object is now stored as self.uf in the user function page objects.

Changes to the molecule.delete() user function documentation.

The _build_doc() function now creates a dictionary version of _doc_args if it exists.

This will allows the GUI and other UI elements to easily obtain the argument descriptions.

The ALLOWED_MOL_TYPES list is now used for all the molecule docstrings.

This allows this list to change, and all documentation will be up to date.

Updated all of the molecule user function docstrings.

All select and deselect user function windows now use the get_title() base method.
