The User_fn_class.__strip_lead() method is now a module function.

_build_doc() and _build_subtitle() are now module functions.

Created the _build_doc() and _build_subtitle() base class methods for constructing docstrings.

These base class methods take private variables to construct the docstrings, and will allow this
text to be shared across UIs.

Fix for the import order and whitespace.

Modified the structure.read_pdb graphic and added one for structure.write_pdb.

Modifications to the structure.read_pdb graphic.

Changed the paths for the structure.read_pdb user function graphics.
