Added the residue and spin menus to the spin tree window.

The menu binding only occurs if the parent object is supplied to build_menu_item().

Expanded the molecule menu entry in the spin tree window menu bar.

Fix for the menu build_menu_item() method - the function binding was not correct.

Started to create a menu bar for the spin tree window.

Expanded the build_menu_item() menu method to accept a function to bind to the entry.

The method also creates a unique ID for the entry if none is given.

The spin tree window is no longer started as maximised.

The spin editor button in the NOE analysis window opens the spin tree viewer.

Removed the sequence file, structure file, and unresolved spins section of sync_ds().

The spin editor button is now labelled as such.
