Shifted all of the analysis specific code into the new Analysis_controller class.

A few new methods have been created to abstract the page objects and other analysis specific
structures.

Created a new class Analysis_controller in gui.analyses for handling all aspects of analyses.

Removed the unused and very old code of the analyses.project module.

No PyMOL macro is created as no PDB has been input.

Fixed a typo in the grace file name of the NOE analysis GUI test.

Fix for the threaded NOE analysis execution - the data_index arg to __init__() was missing.

The auto NOE analysis page has been redesigned around the new results viewer window design.

Completely redesigned the results viewing code.

This is a huge code change! The Results_summary class is now called Results_viewer is now a
wx.Frame. The design is a non-modal dialog with three parts. The top is the analysis selector
combo box. The middle is the list of results files, updated to match the selected analysis. The
bottom is a button for launching the appropriate viewer. Most code is new, and a lot of old unused
code is still to be deleted.
