Added the R2 button graphic to the auto R2 analysis page for better user association.

Added the R1 button graphic to the auto R1 analysis page for better user association.

Two bitmaps are now shown in the auto NOE analysis page.

The second is that of the button, so the user can associate with it better. The base class method
build_left_box() can currently handle multiple images.

Deleted the auto NOE analysis page build_left_box() method as the base class method is sufficient.

Removed build_left_box() from the Rx analyses as it is now implemented in the base class.

Created a generic base class method build_left_box() to replace all of the specific analysis ones.

Created a 200x200 version of the NOE button graphic.

Fix for the NOE analysis GUI test - one of the error values was incorrect.

The test now passes, though it should not as an error was thrown in the thread after the NOE
calculation.

Removed a test for the sequence in the user function structure.create_diff_tensor_pdb() backend.

The sequence data is not needed for this.

Bug fix for the NOE auto-analysis - the column numbers for the deselected spins file are now assumed.

The residue number is assumed to be in the first column. This is a hack until the spin selection
part is better designed.
