relax SVN archive

Bug fix for the DummyFileObject class - the last line was not returned by readlines() even if it had data.

IO is now not redirected by the relax controller when in testing mode.

A flag has been added to the status object to indicate if relax is operating in a testing mode.

Reverted r13246 as different approach will be used.

The command used was:
svn merge -r 13246:13239 .

The new function vectors_xyz() in the /prompt/structure.py is not needed. The current code will be fixed for xyz file format suggested in https://mail.gna.org/public/relax-devel/2011-06/msg00244.html.

The residue numbers are now checked in GUI auto NOE analysis GUI test.

Clean up of the auto NOE analysis GUI test.

The GUI is now not shown and click events are not simulated as this is too hard to control at the
moment.

A new function vector_xyz() was generated.

A new function vector_xyz() was generated in '/prompt/structure.py' for extracting a vector of two given atoms in a xyz file.

Adding code for extracting the vector in the system test test_read_xyz_internal2()

Code for extracting a vector of two given atoms was added in the system test test_read_xyz_internal2().

The data arg to the execute_thread() method is now a proper tuple when running as a thread.

Rearranged the data checks in the NOE page to match the page layout.
