Adding code for checking the atomic positions in the system test test_read_xyz_internal2()

Code for checking the atomic position (x, y and z) of the last spin was added in the system test test_read_xyz_internal2().

str_to_gui() and gui_to_str() is now being used everywhere in the NOE page.

The NOE analysis sync_ds() method now uses str_to_gui() and gui_to_str().

Fix for the NOE ref and sat GUI elements - the directory for the file selection dialog is now correct.

Previously the directory was the full path of the file, so it failed.

Reverted r13234 as it contains several unrelated changes.

The command used was:
svn merge -r 13234:13227 .

This commit contains several unrelated changes in /generic_fns/structure/main.py and /generic_fns/mol_res_spin.py.

Code for checking the atomic position (x, y and z) of the last spin was added in the system test test_read_xyz_internal2().

Fix for the resetting of the changed fields when loading the sequence file.

The loading method was calling sync_ds() which was resetting all values!!!

The NOE data is now also being checked in the GUI test.

The NOE data is now being checked in the system test.

The NOE analysis GUI test is now almost fully functional.

The new analysis wizard is temporarily bypassed while the modal dialog cannot be handled in the GUI
tests. All the data is filled out to match the NOE system test, and relax is executed. The data is
not tested yet.
