relax SVN archive

The NOE analysis GUI test is now almost fully functional.

The new analysis wizard is temporarily bypassed while the modal dialog cannot be handled in the GUI
tests. All the data is filled out to match the NOE system test, and relax is executed. The data is
not tested yet.

The execute relax button ID is now stored in the NOE analysis.

The execute relax buttons now each have a unique ID which is returned by add_execute_relax().

Debugging the user function load_spins().

Changing the name from model_increment to xyz_model_increment in the user function load_spins() in generic_fns/structure/main.py as suggest in: https://mail.gna.org/public/relax-devel/2011-06/msg00240.html.

Fixes for the free file format setting window.

Many variables and methods are now private in Wiz_page.

Bug fix for the global setting and free file format windows.

These use methods from Wiz_page rather than Wiz_window.

Started to test the NOE analysis via the GUI.

Typo fix for the allocation of wx IDs to the wizard buttons.

The new analysis button panel buttons each now have a unique ID.

The wizards now obtain a unique set of IDs for all of the possible buttons.
