Removed a test for the sequence in the user function structure.create_diff_tensor_pdb() backend.

The sequence data is not needed for this.

Created a graphic for the new steady-state NOE analysis button.

The new custom analysis button icon is now set to the spin graphic.

Increased the size of the new analysis wizard and buttons so that there is a border inside the buttons.

Consistency testing is now one of the new analysis buttons, though is disabled.

Removed the svn:executable and svn:mime-type properties from the consistency testing graphics.

Clicking on a toggle new analysis button now does nothing.

Created a modified button class New_analysis_button derived from ThemedGenBitmapTextToggleButton.

The mouse events are now monitored so that entry into a selected button does not highlight.

Improvements to the new analysis button cluster.

The custom and blank buttons are now disabled, and the buttons are now created via create_button()
which uses ThemedGenBitmapTextToggleButton to have nice toggle buttons with text and bitmaps.

The new analysis button panel has been partly implemented, there are no bitmaps yet.
