Created a sample script to create a CSV file of model-free results.

This is based on the LaTeX generation script.

Renamed the model-free results LaTeX table generation script.

Fixed variable for hetero nucleus name of pdb file.

Added the logo of the MOOT conference in the images directory.

This will be for inclusion in the events page (http://www.nmr-relax.com/events.html).
