Updates for Python 3.0.

The command used from docs/2to3_checklist was:

The settings window is now using the base class method to save all the free file format info.

Bug fix: The data and error column numbers are now saved to the relax data store.

Deleted the data pipe in the first round if it already exists.

This allows the GUI to re-run one of the global models if needed.
