Added a basic xmgrace plot of a FID.

Created the gui_to_float() function to convert GUI unicode data to floats.

The dauvergne_protocol now releases the execution lock when errors occur.

This prevents the GUI from being unusable.

Fix for the delete menu entries in the spin view window, the user function windows were blank!

The switch from a wx.Frame to a wx.Dialog broke the code as ShowModal() was freezing the application.

Fix for the sequence.read user function window - the builtin fn dir() was being sent as the dir.

Fix for the file selection widget in the user function windows - the file type is now not hardcoded.

The code was copied from the script user function window so that the filetype was hardcoded to *.py!!!

Rewrote the free format file settings window.

This now uses a base class for settings windows and the user function base class to supply the
central part of the window.

Removal of the unused gui_bieri.analyses.project module.

This old code is not used and has no use in the current GUI.

The free file format widget now has a save button to store the contents in the relax data store.

The settings menu and user function windows can now talk to each other.

Fix for the path of the 22x22 view-refresh icon - this is an oxygen icon, not a relax one!
