The free file format widget now has a save button to store the contents in the relax data store.

The settings menu and user function windows can now talk to each other.

Fix for the path of the 22x22 view-refresh icon - this is an oxygen icon, not a relax one!

Added the oxygen document-save icon for the 22x22, 32x32, and 48x48 resolutions.

The initial values of the free file format widget are now those in the relax data store.

This means that values set in the menu now appear in the user function windows.

Changed the ds.relax_gui.file_setting data structure to be a container class.

The structure is now called ds.relax_gui.free_file_format and it is a container with variables for
each column type and the column separator.

Removed some unused imports.

Added the sequence.read user function window and menu entries.

The sequence user function icons are now in the paths module.

Added the gui_to_str() and str_to_gui() functions to the misc module.

The combo box widget can now either be read only, or can have text typed into it.

The free format file setting widget uses this to allow any character to be the column separator.
