Created the free_file_format() method for creating a widget for the free formatted file settings.

The input_field() and combo_box() methods have been expanded to handle custom layouts, for example
inside the StatixBox of free_file_format().

Added a script for showing the spin.create user function window.

Added a script for testing the sequence.read user function window.

Added copyright notices and comments to all the GUI window launching scripts.

The about windows can now be scrolled using the mouse.

All mouse events were previously captured to change the cursor over URLs, so the scrolling events
were being lost.

Tooltips are now shown for the input field widget for the user function windows.

The relaxation file names are now scrolled all the way to the right in the auto model-free tab.

This allows the file names to be seen better.

Improvement for the File_selector class, the file name is now scrolled all the way to the right.

This is inside the wx.TextCtrl field.

Created a base class file selection widget for the user function windows.

This includes a special class, File_selector, for handling the wx.EVT_BUTTON events and updating the
field.

Added a rough graphic for the sequence user functions.
