The about base class draw_wrapped_text() method is now parsing for and handling URLs in the text.

Fix for the cursor changing when above hyperlinks in the about windows.

Shifted the About_relax.draw_link() method to the about base class.

The method now accepts the text of the link, and returns a numpy array of the hyperlink position.

Added scripts for the about relax and GUI windows.

The font setting is more regular in the about base class methods, and the font is set for the HTML.
