The spin container window now contains a graphic.

The mol, res, spin container window is now properly cleared each time a new tree item is selected.

Created the Container wx.Window class for displaying the mol, res, or spin container information.

This is part of the spin view window.

Changed the binding of wx.EVT_LEFT_DOWN to wx.EVT_TREE_SEL_CHANGED for selecting tree containers.

Fix for the Mol_res_spin_tree class - the GUI wx object was not being passed in.

Left clicks on the mol, res, spin tree are now caught, but are handled in the same way as right clicks.

Shifted the oxygen icons into the graphics directory.

Updated the gui_bieri package __all__ list as it was almost completely empty.

Updated the __all__ list for the components package.

Moved the gui_bieri.components.mol_res_spin_tree module to spin_view.
