The molecule, residue, and spin user functions have been standardised on the Mol_res_spin base class.

Better layout and spacing in the user function windows.

The 'Apply', 'OK', and 'Cancel' buttons are now optional and can be turned off in any window.

Created the pipe.switch user function window.

Created a base class for the common code of the molecule, residue, and spin user functions.

Created the residue.create and residue.delete user function windows and menu entries.

Fix for the spin.delete user function window - the spin ID was incorrect.

Menu fix for the *.add to *.create change.

Renamed the *.add user functions to *.create to match the prompt interface.
