Fixes for the diffusion tensor system tests.

The spheroidal tensors are now correctly checked.

The rotation matrix for the spheroidal diffusion tensors is now correctly generated.

Again this is a fix for currently unused code (it will be used for BMRB support though).

Fix for a failing diffusion tensor unit test.

This was testing an unused element of the diffusion tensor data structure incorrectly.

Fix for the relatively unused calc_tensor_diag() for oblate tensors.

The eigenvalues were incorrectly ordered for oblate spheroids.

Added 6 system tests for the spheroidal diffusion tensor.

Implemented the reading of model-free and CSA BMRB saveframes from NMR-STAR files.

Removed the model-free and CSA info from the blacklisted spin variables.

This is to test the implementation of model-free and CSA BMRB saveframe reading.

Shifted the core of the model-free _select_model() method into _model_map().

This allows other parts of the code to translate model names to model-free equations and parameters.

Restored the reversal of the rotation matrix when determining Euler angles for a tensor in the PDB frame.
