Bug fix for the maximum number of iterations in the model-free GUI frame.

This was not being respected as it was being sent into dauvernge_protocol as a string, not and int.

Cleaned up some of the status text printed out by the GUI during the automatic mf analysis.

The automatic execution of all the global model-free models is functional again.

The looping over models has been shifted inside the thread. Otherwise the local_tm model is not
complete before the other models/threads start.

Removed the field strength print outs as these are being redirected to the terminal, not the controller.

The font in the controller window is now fixed width.

relax's output is designed to be read as fixed width, so this makes the output more readable.
