relax SVN archive

Cleaned up some of the status text printed out by the GUI during the automatic mf analysis.

The automatic execution of all the global model-free models is functional again.

The looping over models has been shifted inside the thread. Otherwise the local_tm model is not
complete before the other models/threads start.

STDERR is now going to the relax controller window for the model-free calculations.

Removed the field strength print outs as these are being redirected to the terminal, not the controller.

The font in the controller window is now fixed width.

relax's output is designed to be read as fixed width, so this makes the output more readable.

The progress bar is now back in the class namespace and updateable.

Shifted the NOE specific analysis code into its own package.

Added a catch for no data in the error analysis by replicated spectra.

Fix for the relaxation curve fitting analysis in the GUI.

The heteronucleus name needs a '@' character at the start to be a spin ID.

The sequence file data is not needed if a PDB is specified.

The checks no longer fail.
