Fixes for the debugging mode of the NOE and Rx auto-analyses.

The missing data dialog now supplies a list of missing information for the Rx and NOE auto-analyses.

Bug fix, the 'execute relax' button now works with the NOE frame without any data.

Running relax in debugging mode now turns threading and the relax controller off for the auto analyses.

The model-free and Rx auto-analyses can now be easily debugged!

Large clean up of the sequence information loading, either from a text file or from a PDB file.

Independent of the files selected, the NOE and Rx analyses will handle the file selections properly.
Proper synchronisation of the text fields in all analyses now occurs when the 'Molecule' menu
entries are used. The sequence selection is now also shown in each frame above the PDB selection
and the text has been renamed to better reflect what those text inputs are for.

The relax GUI info in the relax data store is now being properly converted to and from XML.

The save state now is functional again.

Clean up of the sequence file loading.

The settings.load_sequence() function has been improved and now checks if a file is actually
selected. The relax_gui import_seq() method has also been cleaned up and now meets relax's coding
standards.

Some fixes for the NOE auto-analysis.

The NOE auto-analysis in the GUI can now be debugged.

Giving the --debug option will now disable the relax controller and threading. Error messages will
be then shown in the terminal where relax was launched from, rather than saying "Unhandled exception
in thread started by".
