relax SVN archive

The buttons are now better placed and move with a resize in the global setting window.

Fixes and improvements for the text in the "Global Parameters for relax" window.

Spelling mistake fix.

The relax controller window is now fully resizable.

The elements inside will adjust to the resizing appropriately. This fixes the partly hidden buttons
in Windows. And the log can now be seen full screen.

Modularised the relax controller frame.

This will give more flexibility in modifying this GUI element, including the ability to resize the
window.

The relax controller can now survive being closed!

Closing the relax controller via the window decorations killed relaxGUI. This event is now caught
and the relax controller is hidden rather than destroyed. The controller can now be opened a second
time.

Updated the 'about relaxGUI' frame picture for the new copyrights.

Fix for the 'save' and 'save as' file actions when no file is selected.

The method action_state_save_as() now does nothing if no file was selected. This prevents a
trackback if the file selection dialog is closed without selecting a file.

Fix for the centring of the about frames.

Created a directory for relax graphics. The first files here are the relax logo and icons.
