relax SVN archive

Spin id argument is introduced to hand over to relax.

Spin id of PDB file is not hardcoded anymore, as requested by edward d'Auvergne (https://mail.gna.org/public/relax-devel/2010-07/msg00013.html).

Argument 'filename' is replaced to 'file_root', as suggested by Edward d'Auvergne (https://mail.gna.org/public/relax-devel/2010-07/msg00012.html).

Fixed comments posted by Edward d'Auvergne (https://mail.gna.org/public/relax-devel/2010-07/msg00011.html).

Dublicated output after calculation is removed.

When loading save states, data pipe names are always converted to a string to avoid unicode problems.

The loading of RDCs and PCSs for non-existent spins now only throws a RelaxWarning.

Rather than throwing a RelaxError, this allows for partial loading of alignment data for certain
regions of the molecule.
