relax SVN archive

Start up splash dialog is displayed in the center of the screen.

This was rmoved initially, as wxPython 2.8 is required. But wxPython 2.8 is required for open multiple files, too.

Directory for saving files can be specified.

Default is None. Grace files will be saved in subdirectory 'grace'.
