Broke some nasty circular import caused by importing the generic_fns.grace module.

Added a check for the RDC RMS based Q-factor.

Description to add column numbers in parameter file settings dialog is added.

Unused code was deleted.

Increment variable is named correctly.

Column numbers of relaxation data are converted to integers (read as strings from the settings dialog).
